General Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Quality Issue Returns
For returns not related to product defects, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Cordelius Inc will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund for approved claims.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Ship the item back in secure packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns.
