We understand shopping for apparel online can be tricky. Here's our simple return policy:

Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons, such as sizing or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Start a Return
Email us at berin@garetyt.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Exchanges are welcome based on availability. Contact us to check stock before returning your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note:

  • We do not accept returns on clearance or final-sale items.

  • Customized products are also non-returnable unless defective.
